What we collect
We collect the contact and pet-care details you submit, referral enrollment details, agreed booking details, and electronic acceptance records. Do not submit payment credentials, door or alarm codes, or human medical information.
How information is used
Nancy uses your details to respond to inquiries, arrange care, manage referrals, document agreements, and contact you about those services. Optional marketing and promotional photo permissions are separate from booking consent. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and delivery
When the secure care portal is enabled, Cloudflare stores application records and private signed PDF copies, and Resend delivers transactional emails. During the initial email setup, the homepage inquiry form continues to use FormSubmit to email Nancy; the form identifies which submission method is active.
Who can access records
Nancy’s private administration area requires email sign-in. Client intake and document access use private, expiring links. Anyone with an unused private link can open it, so do not forward it. A signed copy is emailed to the client and Nancy.
Retention and requests
We retain information for care coordination, referral rewards, contractual records, and applicable legal requirements. Contact Nancy to request access, correction, deletion where available, a paper copy, or withdrawal of optional consent. Signed originals remain preserved where required; corrections may be attached as an addendum.
Local preferences and security
The website uses essential session cookies for private access and local browser storage for referral attribution and review rotation. Rate limits use hashed network identifiers. The site does not request card or bank credentials.
